I will ship all over the world! I ship using First Class mail and First Class International mail through the USPS. US customers will receive a USPS tracking number. This generally takes 2-5 business days for US residents, and 5-21 business days for international residents. Sometimes it may take longer, especially for international customers if customs holds packages. I normally ship the day after the item is ordered and paid for, with the exception of weekends and holidays.
Payment must be made immediatey. I cannot mail an item until it has been paid for.
I accept Paypal. Even if you don't have an account, you can use your credit card to pay via Paypal!
I do not issue refunds. I can do exchanges upon special circumstances! Please ask questions before you purchase. Return shipping will be charged to the customer unless it was my fault...
If certain parts break, I am willing to fix them. I cannot fix things if you are hard on the piece or general wear and tear. You will be responsible for shipping the item to me, and I will ship it back. I will deal with this on a case by case basis. I want all my customers to be happy and I am very easy to work with! I do have a few items that are reconstructed from vintage pieces. I do my best to only use pieces that are in excellent vintage condition. The item description will specify if it includes vintage.
Several pieces are one of a kind, so in that case you will be receiving the exact one pictured. Other pieces are re-created and I try to make them as close to the picture as possible.
